Armstrong Garden Centers provides select Sales Associates with the opportunity to share their knowledge of horticulture with the community in a public forum setting. These events are hosted to share information regarding trending topics within the nursery industry. Organizations within the community are welcome to present Armstrong Garden Centers with preferred subject matter, often resulting in the request that general talking points be covered. With these talking points I am able to compose a creative outline, placing in order the subjects to be covered and the pertinent information that should be covered to educate the audience. Other opportunities have allowed me the creative freedom to generate an entirely original outline, covering the coordination of the topics, products selected, and promotional giveaways to encourage brand growth and customer loyalty in new areas of the community. In cooperation with Oster & Associates, as well as my own personal outreach into the community, I have had the pleasure of introducing myself and the company I represent to organizations throughout San Diego and Chula Vista.
