Department Head Sales Associate: Maintained and monitored sales goals within the Houseplant department, including but not limited to weekly store orders, special orders, visual merchandising, and general care with an emphasis on quality control. Completed AGC Horticulture 101 training.

Spokesperson: Represented AGC Southern Region during public relations events; filmed live television segments with local news stations, taught classes, performed community outreach via garden talks, and fulfilled public speaking roles during company hosted events for organizations within the San Diego community. 

Manager Trainee: Completed AGC Horticulture 201 CCNP preparation course. Became a California Certified Nursery Professional in October of 2016.

Assistant Store Manager: Promoted to Del Mar, California March of 2017. Continue to successful co-run the store with Manager Jim Horacek with attention to store goals such as budget at 107%, reducing dumps, controlling labor within 5% factor, training, merchandising, safety, receiving, and employee retention.
